BIOL 1323 - Consumer Nutrition (for Non-science Majors) Writing Basic Skills Prerequisite: ENGL 0301 Reading Basic Skills Prerequisite: READ 0303 Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0301 This course is a survey course for non-science majors. Topics of current interest including weight control, food labeling, diet in relation to health and physical fitness, and age- and health related nutritional needs are studied.
