KINE 1147 - Basic Wilderness Survival
This course will provide an overview of basic wilderness survival. Students will participate in physical activities and assess their ability to find resources. Students will learn how to meet their physiological needs and to provide safety and security if experiencing an emergency survival situation. Students will be introduced to primitive methods of procuring shelter, fire, water, and food.
