An AA Degree in Spanish promotes more globally competent citizens through the acquisition of the Spanish language and exploration of the Spanish culture.  Today’s job market especially requires employees who can successfully work in a globally interconnected and interdependent environment and multi-lingual employees often have an advantage. Through coursework focusing on Spanish language, culture and literature, students develop an appreciation for varying political, economic, environmental, and social issues within an international context.

Associate of Arts in Spanish (5140)


Degree Total: 62-66 Credit Hours


Communications (9 hours)


 

 

Take 1 course from the Additional Communication (11) Core

Mathematics (3-4 hours)


Take one course from the following Mathematics (20) Core 

Natural Science (7-8 hours)


Take two courses from the Natural Sciences (30) Core
