Now that businesses and consumers rely more than ever on social media for most, if not all, business and brand awareness, they are at risk with posts made on the company pages as well as on employee pages. Explore best practices for business use of social media and learn to engage with new media legally and upholding compliance standards including CAN-SPAM, accessibility, GDPR/privacy, and HIPAA. Create a social media policy and best practices guide for business to help reduce the legal and social risks associated with inappropriate or unethical social media content.
